I'm Chief of Staff at Fieldcrest Ventures, working across product, operations, strategy, and growth for early-stage portfolio companies. In my career, I've led an operational turnaround at Bidify where I rebuilt the product and AI system (reducing proposal time from 15 hours to 2 hours), validated early-stage concepts at Mark II Ventures, and built an embedded voice agent for all Lexus and Toyota cars (2021-2025) at Toyota Connected (20M+ requests per month).

I enjoy working on hard problems across functions in the earliest stages of building AI software. I do my best work with small, cross-functional technical teams where I have real agency across product and operations.
